About Our Kudos Crew
ROBYN CARLSON - Owner / Head Trainer - married with 4 kids and 6 dogs, Emma, Reagan, Raynbow, Nina, Jay and her best friend and business partner Tucker UPDATE - Tucker passed over the rainbow bridge on April 29, 2022 and Jay passed over to meet Tucker on September 5, 2023 and Emma joined them on September 15, 2024 She started Kudos in 2013 but has been working with and training dogs for almost 20 years. Rescue work is her passion.
TUCKER - Best Friend and Partner - 11 year old Bernese Mt. Dog. He has been Robyn’s partner since being adopted in 2010 when he was just a puppy. He Is a retired certified therapy dog where he participated in the R.E.A.D. program with I.T.A., and was the lead in their presentation of The Nutcracker. He is incredibly smart and friends with everyone he meets. UPDATE...Tucker passed over the rainbow bridge April 29, 2022 and is missed by all who met him.
CRYSTAL MILLER - Office Manager married with 3 children and 2 dogs, Champ and Stark. She has been a friend and huge supporter of Robyn's well before she became an official employee of Kudos. She has a giant heart of gold and is always there to help.
RACHAEL KOTTER - Day school/ Trick class trainer. She is in a long term relationship and has 3 dogs, Ikaika, Mele, & Mana. She has a military background. She started as a client of Kudos with her 3 lab mix puppies. Then, she decided that she wanted to work with dogs and became apart of the Kudos crew. We are thankful she is part of our crew.
